Africa without Aid is an ongoing conversation Africans must pay attention to. The handwriting is clear on the wall that the USA, a major donor, is withdrawing its support and the European Union seems also to be looking in that direction even though that has not been stated directly.

What should Africa do? Has Aid always been a free gift: Will both parties (donors and receivers) lose anything as a result of this?
